Making beef stew in the crockpot today. Someone should tell the weatherman it’s supposed to be spring! It’s still chilly enough in Central Alberta that this hot comfort food will be very welcome.
Nonetheless. We’re all gonna be sunburned after May long. Makes no sense! 🤷‍♀️

It has been a cold wet spring in north Missouri too. It finally seems like we will get warmer weather this coming week.
