No change today – guess my body is just trying to catch up to all the recent loss. Overall feeling pretty good. I found an old pair of pants in the back of my closet that I haven’t tried on for a long time – fit like a glove! My birthday is coming up this Sunday and I am trying to decide whether or not I will ‘cheat’ or not. Honestly I really don’t have that much of a desire to go off plan so will do my best to stick to the diet. I have decided to go with friends to a Brazilian steakhouse for lunch – so should be pretty easy to stay away from carbs.
