Yesterday was day one. From the list of symptoms there was only a headache and the severe sugar cravings. Only half of a pound that is a lot in a day but I suspect it is water. That is weird because I have had more salt in the last day than I usually eat in a week. I am proud of me I did not cheat not even in my coffee! But that is where the second change came in... I made it at home not at one of those pastry traps.
I am up early because I actually made a play date at the gym with a friend. We are going to do the 1 mile CUPID UNDIE RUN on Feb 13th ( for tumor research for children) This old woman is going in some pajamas....Frankly I do not believe there is a support garment in the world that can stand the stress of bouncing BECKY. I got a tennis outfit (more coverage) for water aerobics class... might wear that. Well... that is a startling change, I have committed to run, ( My old motto: if I am running you better too....trust me) I am not worried about falling, flopping or failing I am worried about my outfit. LOL that was fast.
