Thank goodness the week-end is over.Busy,busy,busy!!!Leaving for a late summer vacation Thurs.The garden is almost finished so we feel we can get away now.Not looking forward to a 14 hr car ride, but hubby wants to drive instead of flying.He enjoys the scenery.I know with his shoulder,I will end up doing most of the driving.At least if I'm driving I won't be snacking and I can make my potty stops.Water may be a problem.
Roasting a chicken on the grill today.

If you are in charge of potty stops, drink aaalllll the water you want! But, then that 14 hour drive could turn into 16-17 hours? Tough choice to make, but at least you will be on vacation! I love chicken on the grill...yummy!
