today I am up a lb. I think it's just water weight though from food. I know I worked really hard yesterday and I dont look or feel bloated. I know size is what matters and I am happy with that down from 18 to a 12 but even the 12s are becoming loose in places.

Excellent sign of weight loss. FYI our bodies are designed to cushion joints with extra fluid around them when we work really hard as to avoid injuries. You are doing a great job. Keep going!!!!!!!!!!!
