Good Morning friends,Don't think my scales like me.I'm ready to throw them out the window.Cut out cheese and nuts this week for nothing.Didn't eat off plan at all..and still no loss.I keep playing with the same 2-3 pounds so I guess I'm getting a little frustrated.

I hear ya, I do the same thing and then once a week I drop a little. I see that my body is just going to take a little long than most but I also look at how much better I feel on a daily basis. That keeps me motivated. Can you see that you health is actually improving? That may be an incentive for you.

I've been there too! Then, out of no where it just starts to fall off again... PS You have lost more than I have in less time while we have been on FS (I switched to WW then switched back to Atkins, slowed me down some...)

I hate mine today too! I had baked ham for supper last night...and today shows .4 gain...all water!!
