Well, Thanksgiving was good to me..considering the fact that I hate the way my husband's family cooks, I didn't eat very much at all. Even the turkey wasn't all that appealing to me...gross food. And it doesn't help that I'm allergic to her animals so I was sick the whole time I was there...so glad it's over and we're going to my parents' for Christmas so that is where the damage just might get done!

The day I messed up was on Friday when we took our son to the circus...yea, I ate some cotton candy and it was delicious! Ok, yea, I felt guilty afterwards so when we went to dinner I had grilled chicken :).

But I'm back on my grind and I'm sending encouragement to everyone else out there who feels the struggle! Keep up the good work!
