Ugh! I became lax about tracking my food for the last two weeks, most likely because I began grazing. I almost didn't record this weigh-in but I realize that by not documenting it, I won't learn from my temporary lapse. Moving forward to the next two weeks, refusing to count this as a failure.
324.1 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
