4.05 MILES on the crosser in 40 minutes. I decided that I have done 3.1 miles for long enough, My heartrate stays at 80% (about 137) of my MHR and I am not tired after it at all. I wish I could start proper running again but my daylight hours are so limited in the morning and running in a village without streetlights can be dangerous. Might ask my ex if I can borrow his running machine for the winter ;) I have stayed away from 'the' website but we are invited for dinner on Saturday night and I volunteered to bring dessert. After all the things I have made lately I am stil undecided on what to bring. I might just do little individual apple crumbles and serve them with coconut whipped cream.
Will finish work a little early then usual today so I can nip over to my place and dig the rest of my tatties out.
