I met up with an old classmate on the weekend. And although I thought she was bit too skinny, She looked amazing. Must admit, I was jealous. I need to make a real commitement to this weight loss journey and stick with it. My goal is to lose 20 pounds from now until x-mas. That's 60 days. I can do it!
