I'm back after not quite adhering to a healthy diet. I'm now on hypertension and cholesterol meds and have to lose weight asap for my health. Spent time in the hospital twice for blood pressure levels of constantly 220/121 and higher... I'm now down to 147/111--its slowly coming down...but losing weight will definitely help. Its a must.....
