I've felt pretty peaceful over the past couple of days. While obviously I'm still trying to lose weight, I'm much less fervent than usual, for better or worse. Looking back on last night I forgot to add the drink I had so technically I went over my calories, but I still lost weight. Not an excuse for me to indulge too much in the future though.

I would like to meet my goal by May, the end of the school year. I know if I really pushed myself I coul get it done way before that, but I don't know if I actually want to lose it that fast if that makes sense.

I'm finally becoming more comfortable with my body.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
