45 min HIIT workout 💪💪💪💪

After the festive season, I was at my heaviest weight (97kgs 😳) . But we’re back! I’ve lost 4 kg so far, started on the 15th of Jan. I can feel the my tummy is going down in size . Skin is glowing 🌟🌟🌟
