Finished a half marathon yesterday in 2h 45min...a huge improvement from 9 months ago where I finished in 3h 23min :-) Feeling on top of the world and that I can accomplish ANYTHING I set my mind to...Not only am I feeling happier, have lost some weight and have dropped a dress size. Starting today I am doing the 5km challenge-where you have to run/walk/crawl 5km everyday for 30 day..2015 is proving to be my year#teamfitness#fitissexy:-)
