Happy Sunday FS friends
Was a gorgeous day yesterday. I was out back with the furbabies who were running around doing puppy zoomies and rolling in mud. I wish that we as humans could live our lives with such abandon. They sure were tired last night. I managed to get those last tasks done, snowblower started and moved to a more strategic location. Tractor and push mower now stowed in the back shed. Got brave and did some caulking outside in places that needed it. Must admit, had to watch a couple of Youtube videos to figure out how to load the tube into the gun. Hand strength remains an issue as the dominant right still needs fixing (next Sat) and the non dominnt is still healing and gaining strength. All that said, although the caulking is imperfect (the bead is far from even as it looks a bit more like the frosting at the edge of a cake) it will seal out some of the drafts this winter. Ah the joys of living in a 1933 home (I love her and her uniqueness muchly though)
Food wise, same old same old. Will deploy that food processer on Friday so as to have a good selection of prepped veggies for the next post op healing week. Whether that is via salads. soups, casseroles or stews, they'll be available for use.
