Rough few weeks, No need to enter all the facts of what I eat, It was up and down, lots of Carbs, Cokes, Apple Pie, Ice Cream , but if i just stop eating at 7 PM and semi fast for 14 hours till 9AM, with only water, I loose weight, sleep better, feel better, and can recover. So now I am back at it, trying to loose 40 LBs.
