Well just got back from my walk not long ago, hated it the whole time cause it hurt on the way to my destination point I have a very good friend who is a football coach and my diet buddy in my life in my ear telling me to push on well not literally but in my head anyway. The walk back was great it is very nice weather here. Lesson learned just suck it up and do it

Weight loss is 80% food intake and 20% exercise, meaning you can still lose a lot of weight even without working out. Since you can't seem to drop any pounds, I'd start with cutting your portion-sizes in half and cleaning out your kitchen of all sweets so that you won't be tempted.

My mother has arthritis as well and her nutritionist told her to eat more berries, and sulfur containing vegetables like broccoli, spinach etc. She said after doing that, her pain level went down dramatically. After doing some research, it seems that sulfur and vitamin C are very good at relieving inflammation which is a major contributor to the pain of arthritis. Maybe this could help you as well. Good luck on your journey.
