body fat down, muscle mass up 👊 Pre-Holiday Shred mode in full force 🎉 hitting my macros plus doing my squats, core work and stretching. Yes, it's exhausting 😅 but I have Thanksgiving coming up with my new boyfriend's family. Then, I have my son's college graduation in Dec!!
(I assume his father will be at the graduation. He abandoned the kids and me when they were 12 and 16. However, he's been speaking to them a bit now that they're both older (and the work of raising them is done). Kids are 24 and 28 now. Fortunately, he'll ignore me.... but he still puts me on edge. He was a controlling and cruel husband, and I've never regretted divorcing him.)
