LOL! All those flavoured waters have calories in them. You can put your own slice of fresh lemon in plain sparkling water and that wont be as bad. I stick to coke zero because its 1 calorie per 500ml. How can our Bokke lose to Japan like that!!! Ai yi yi! Thankfully I'm not an emotional eater! lol.

I am impressed by your routine use of fasting. I'm wondering if I might try that when on the cut. Let's me keep calories higher the rest of the week.

Northern Musician I never thought I would ever be doing no-food fasting ever! I love food! I'm a big eater but my body adapted itself so well and I am amazed by it. You'd expect to wake up super hungry and want to eat everything in sight after a no-food fast day BUT that is not true at all. I wake up with no hunger at all.I suppose that my body has realised that sending hunger signals doesn't result in me giving it food so it doesnt waste its time anymore and just starts using up my bodyfat for its energy. Not even the aroma of food in my home tempts me to break my fast. Give it a try but perhaps start with 500 to 600 calorie fast days initially to let your body get used to fasting.

Its actually surprising at the calories in some foods/drinks that we consume and don't really think about how many calories are in them.
