266.4 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Day to day weight doesn’t matter. You can fluctuate a lot based on water weight. Sugar, carbohydrates, and salt all make the body hold on to more water. (For example if ate more carbohydrates than normal but your calorie intake is on point, your body might retain more water increasing your weight even though you didn’t gain any fat) The important thing is the trend. Are you headed in the right direction week after week. Hope this helps!
