It's aesthetically pleasing, if not filling. 

I almost had that Phil, was too tired to cook, so I did a lettuce and tomato salad instead and tossed in some left over turkey breast. We had an emergency yesterday morning in my managing Post Office. Two clerks quit a few weeks back so we have had 3 people for 3 post offices, which requires 5, so the other clerk went on a prescheduled vacation and yesterday our Postmaster's Dad was passing and she had to leave in a hurry. Left me in charge of 3 Post offices and two Rural Carrier Assistants to run them, they are not trained and only have the ability to do very basic things....warm bodies only. I am exhausted and I have to do it again today. 

You need a big juicy ribeye, Deb!

@Phil... ummmm... ribeye, my favorite! 🤤 I found them all sale last week ($6.98 a lb), but you had to buy the whole ribeye. Let's just say that over half of my grocery allowance went into ribeyes alone! 🙃 I have been eating them every day for DAYS now! It's not like I had much else to choose from 😂, but I haven't minded in the slightest! 🫠 

Nothing beats ribeye, but I always fight with the spouse if I even look at them, "They're too expensive and I can't eat beef!" 🙄 Blah, so I only get them every now and then. 😂 

Yea, I can't afford them often. I only buy them when they're on sale. ...but it just so happened that the universe aligned last week when they were on sale, I had a little extra funds, and was willing to sacrifice a few other things...lol. #priorities You're wife doesn't eat beef?!?! 😵😵‍💫 OMGoodness!!! lol My hubby isn't crazy about ground beef, but everyone else here loves it. So, when I cook ground beef for us, I cook him a portion of something different most of the time. Sometimes, he just has to suffer through it! 🤨🤣 

She says beef fat aggravates her gall bladder. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I know food tolerances, allergies, reactions, whatever are all N=1 and I'm not trying to argue with her. I'm not a fan of chicken on the bone so I just say I'm allergic to chicken bones. 😂 

PHILLLLL!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭 I'm screamin' over here!!! 😅💀 Not to give you basis for argument, or whatever, but my nephew is doing keto after having his gall bladder removed & his symptoms have actually improved. 🤷‍♀️ 

I know a lot of people that have gall bladder issues and/or had their gall bladders removed and they all restrict different foods, it's weird. I forgot hot wings, I do like hot wings, bone and all, but other than that, I'm a no-go for chicken bones. I don't mean I eat the Buffalo bones, but I don't loathe eating wings off the bone. I should have just said hot-wing bones, now it sounds like I'm eating buffalo bones, which I might do, but I've had limited exposure to Bison. lolz 😂
