This was hard to see.. Although not able to log of my eating habits this week, stayed on track. Weighed myself a few times and went from 166 to 164. Technically this morning it was 164 then an hour later 165... I'm not going to beat myself up about "only loosing" 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I have lost half an inch all the way around and I can see a difference in my face! Yay!
