This is kind of weird on Monday 8/17 I weighed 141 pounds ugh. Than today I weigh 137.5. It's like crazy the fluctuation. I only record once a week so I'm really trying to make sure I stay under 1600 calories. I think its all the salty foods I ate on Sunday - Popcorn. I'm hoping it's just water retention.

I just wanted to share with everybody not to get to down if you gain 3-5 pounds one day to the next. I have a digital scale so it just must be me. Que sera sera:-)
