@Mydiet bertahap aja kak 15 menit dlu atau sekuatnya aja ntr kl dah ga gemeteran bari tambah lagi waktunya pelan2 kak,,aku juga pertama 15 menit udah cape bgt lemes,skrg 45 menit masih kuat hihi
