Yesterday was one of those super busy days that I didn't get on to log my foods. However in the back of my mind was the calorie count of everything I was eating.
Today I am going no where. I am staying at home and working on the list I need to get done since we are heading to Redding tomorrow for Gram's 93rd birthday.
One thing I will be working on is eating less during the day and drinking more water. It's my new goal for now. Have a great Saturday!
