I'm back from vacation, and of course gained some weight. No bread or pastries, no a alcohol or soda. It's amazing to me how I can gain 5 lbs with only a few chips and ice cream once. It must be from high salt and no ketosis. I hope to whittle it away quickly. I did swim and walk everyday.
