The Monday Public Holiday forced me to go to gym today which is a non-fast day since the gym was closed yesterday BUT I realized that this actually might be a better thing to do since if I train at gym on a Monday which is a fast day then I still have Sunday's non-fast day food in me whereas if train on a Tuesday then I have digested most of Sunday's food and have just my fast day food in me and I'm training in the last hours of my 16 hours Intermittent Fasting so my body should actually be burning fat for fuel due to lesser food intake on my previous fast day :) Hope this makes sense and let's see if it makes any difference :) I love these little experiments!

Interesting. Did you have more energy? If so, probably means you can exert yourself more too.

Y002 if I looked at it technically, I should have had lesser energy due to lesser food intake on the day before + the 16 hour IF but all seemed ok. I increased weight on some of my weight training exercises and I didn't have any out-of-energy issues. I guess that I'm used to training in a fasted state and I have enough stored fat to breakdown to use as energy when the body demands over and above what it can get from the food it has to make energy from. Thursday's official weigh-in will be an interesting one.
