Getting excited. Another weight goal is in sight in the next few weeks (210) then the steady march to onederland. If I can achieve a lb a week that should happen by early November. Depending on what my body does and how I play with macros, maybe sooner. Mind boggling actually. Haven't been this morning's weight in years. Better yet, I physically haven't felt this good in years either.

Turns out that the food you fuel your body with does matter. Alot. It really likes diversity and fresh minimally processed foods.

So we went fishing from the shores of the Niagara River yesterday evening, directly across from Buffalo. Caught a lot of weeds. The fish are smart. Even though I was casting to where they were jumping, they had no interest at all in my fake rubber minnow. Quite enjoy the activity...cast, play, reel in, deweed, repeat....all the while watching the goings on in Buffalo. At one point there was some kind of police event where multiple police cars and boats were heading to an apartment building near their shoreline. Eventually they dispersed again. Fishing ended when the bugs started biting my ankles. Note to self - long socks and bug spray....

Over and out
