I was hoping with the big rains yesterday, and the temperatures & humidity coming down that my nausea would subside. NOPE! Forced myself to have bacon & eggs for lunch. Forced? Did I just say that? Yep!
Can't believe I barely ate anything yesterday, and wilder yet, no hunger. I think my total cals yesterday was just under 400. 😲 Not good!!!! I just couldn't eat, still can't really. I just know I *have* to or my body will start shutting down.
Doing my best to stay hydrated, lots of water and Mio electrolytes. Thankfully the puking has stopped. I'm expecting Wednesday's weigh in to be wildly wrong. Whatever weight I've lost (or am still losing) this week/weekend won't be a "true" loss. I'm sure the next week will show that. But I continue to push thru it.
