Hi All my lovely FC'S, Lost 1 pound so pleased. only 3 more to lose. Over the moon with Jim's progress he only needs to learn how to use the stemerna ( not sure if spelt right) waste bag and get his blood pressure up a bit. we are so very lucky as the poor chap next to him has cancer of the brain very 😔. so we are very blessed. Work was much more pleasant yesterday thank goodness. Hope you all well and happy, those who are struggling please talk up we are all so very kind on this site 😊. Love you all .Merry Mel 🤩
