So thankful for the newbies that remind me of the struggle. Been here so many years, and sometimes I slack off tracking (they remind me of how important it is). Today started following someone that has accomplished amazing results (healthwise and emotional too). I fall back to my old ways every so often, but always get back on and keep trying. Goal really would be 50-60 lbs. more off.
