I am just trying to find out at the moment, how many calories i eat each day I am told I should eat 2100 calories a day, but think this is probably more than I eat. However, saturday is not a good day to start as i have eaten breakfast really early and no lunch. dinner and snacks and wine will all be eaten later. I think i need more protein and less fat and carbs.
