Have created a Strive for Five program. I set up 5 goals to meet each day. Today I have met 4 of those goals.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 June 2015:
1488 kcal Fat: 90.73g | Prot: 47.81g | Carb: 134.39g.   Breakfast: McDonald's Coffee Creamer, McDonald's Breakfast Burrito. Lunch: Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Hardee's Little Thick Cheeseburger. Dinner: Orville Redenbacher's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn (Mini Bag), Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other: Peach, Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownies. more...

Hi judimae , today my company bought lunch for everyone. I eat stuffed shells @ a local Italian place. Now Iam the one that is stuffed. I also had a large slice of garlic bread . I do not feel well. I have been blowing it for 2 days in a row. I am going to have some green tea and get out on walk tonight. Lets help each other through this to together. We can do this!!!! I think I will start a five or five program too.
