Last couple mornings I have felt really good,, only 15 down,, still 20 or so from my goal.. But I feel amazing and see a difference when I look in the mirror . I am so happy I have chosen to get back in the saddle and get my health back again and get this weight back off . I am just praying I can keep it off this time, I really enjoy the support and camaraderie here on FS . Thank you Friends .
