Gained weight, so annoying. But I slipped from my diet and ate out yesterday, so I guess thats the reason. Going to go back on the strict diet and exercise more this weekend, and try to get back to losing weight. the first 10 lbs dropped so easy now it seems every pound is a real battle to lose, cant even slip up once. @#$%%%^^!
287.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hang in there!~ This is a Journey.. learn to enjoy each step of the way.. life was meant to be enjoyed.. one set back of going out to eat is part of enjoying life.. Just Don't be in a rush to get "some where".. I got to that elusive "some where weight" and was so disappointed that there was no finish line.. no cheering.. no metals.. no nothing!! So enjoy every step of your journey that's where the real victory lies.. :) Here's to your healthy fun filled yummy journey@!~
