i added Zumba to my daily plans. I feel great too. I will try it tomorrow with 10 mins of body plus machine. I made plans for Tuesday but I won't feel bad, if I don't do it . Its always another day for me. I got to keep it positive, so much has happen since started this program. My husband has join me but he's awesome already.
