Knew yesterday was going to be bad diet wise. Catered breakfast and lunch, plus happy hour and then dinner out. But I guess 400 calories over on a day like that is not the end of the world. Not that today is going to be any better... catered lunch and I'm making dinner tonight, though I can at least control that.
