fat 41.9% last weigh in was 53 days ago, in the meantime I opened a vintage store and sat for an important exam this week and passed! however I stress eat. I was doing fine but then I took a week off from the store to study and consumed bacon and eggs fried everyday and was eating lots of prohibited foods like bread and luncheon meat. hopefully I will get back on track because this kilo I put on, I can feel it. I wanted to start walking again and did go for a walk but towards the end I twisted my foot really bad. let's hope it will get better soon.
