The past 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) I have not been hungry. I have made myself eat at least protein and some veggies. It has been hard. I am not sure why I have not been hungry. I am taking my vitamins and drinking plenty of water. I am more active, using the yoga ball to sit on at work instead of the computer chair. That has made a big difference in my core strength and posture.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
