I think my current status is because of a few habits
One … because of a horrible lipid profile I went plant based and keep saturated fat between 12-15 grams often timed trying to go lower and a good portion of my saturated fat is from dark chocolate
I do keep myself at a bit of a calorie deficit -I think from years of dieting I have altered my metabolism a bit and require less then recommended amounts of calories
Two…I don’t IF per say but I try to not eat after 6 pm and then I usually eat breakfast at 830
Because of my schedule I work out fasted 4-5 days a week
I like to eat on a schedule but also be flexible
Track and measure everything
Be patient
And be kind to yourself
My weight was up by a pound today
So be it
