Just finished my first of two 12 hr shifts Im really trying to focus on toning... Iam doing some exercise but my hearts not into it all tonight All I keep thinking about is I need to get to bed soon because 4 a.m. roles around early...but I will continue to plug away at it for awhile then eat something and off to bed for me for another the next 12 hr shift awaits me lol. I hope everyone had a great Monday and after tomorrows 12hrs Im off for 3 days and I will be able to catch up on all of your exciting adventures. A shout out to all my buddies and I hope you had a great beginning of the week, also tons of hugs to you all. :)
