Today I made a pot of Skinny Soup. Fresh veggies- cabbage, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, green peppers and garlic. I added 1 can of stewed tomatoes and 1 can drained green beans. seasonings- Mexican oregano, Italian Basil, Hungarian sweet paprika and red pepper flakes. Knorr's Chicken bouillon cubes and water. I cooked it just to where the veggies are crunchie/tender- about-35-45 minutes. No salt or pepper is needed. Hubby loves this soup and I think this was super tasty.
I am still working on getting the medication portions- so I do not end up awake most of the night or so drugged, I have brain fog in the morning.
