Happy New Year 2023!! I am back to work on my weight issues. 2022 was more than I could handle. Depression, anxiety, $30,000 in major repairs/replacement of household items and roof. really did a number on me. While handling all of these things I was working on getting my hubby back to his healthy self. He has come a long way since his open heart surgery and all the post op complications. We have plans to go back to the gym- we both have some balance and mobility issues. Taking one day at a time.
