Anyone else doing Dry December?
I wanna see what impact not indulging in alcoholic drinks has on my weight

212.7 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb. Still to go: 38.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 14.7 lb a week

I wouldn't say I'm going dry, but gonna try log all the drinks I have and see how they add up.
