Happy Sat. friends,Day 5 of re-induction.Did pretty good yesterday.Ate a little over 17 ncs veggie and a total of little over 21 ncs.Helped hubby cut the grass.He used the tractor while I did the trimming and front,bout 30 min.Has anyone tried the "Shake Weight" thingy?I've had it for a while,but just did the work-out.6 min.only and I can really feel the burn.Need to tone the arms and shoulders as my dress has skinny straps,but also a little light jacket. Messed up my oven last week,so its on self clean and has my house stinking.YUK.. Doing a little cleaning today so later friends. nonna

That is what I am going to do this week a re-induction, as I feel like I need a little jolt. My oven needs to be cleaned, is not self cleaning though, but I suppose it will take some calories off, but would still prefer self clean LOL

Sexy - Would probably have bought the Shake Weight except I knew that DH would torment me relentlessly if I did. It sure looks like it would work but you'll want to do other arm & shoulder exercises as well. I've been doing ones I find on the internet and I am so sore it hurts to type.

I try to do upper body work-outs 3 x a week with weights.I use 10 lbs each hand.Usually takes about 40-45 minuets.I thought it might help to mix it up a little.I was just surprised at how I felt afterwards.Think I might be sore tomorrow.LOL

Yard work is one of my best calorie-burners! BTW, open some windows when your oven is "stinking" or it'll set off your smoke detectors (I'm an expert at that...)!!!
