I was going to start working out with a young blond today, but my daughter is recovering from her karate tournament this week. She decided to try knock down (full contact) for the first time. She took second in her division, she lost to a friend of hers she trains with.
Yesterday all the girls from the dojo were together showing off their bruises and telling their battle stories. So after the busy weekend my daughter was very sore and very tired. So I will get my gym buddy next week.
But I am here today!
