First thing wrong with the world is the World Series starting this late in Oct. This is ridiculous! Baseball should not be played this late in the year. Shorten the season.

Second, I know starting to lift weights again will increase my appetite but this last week was just plain silly. I can’t believe how many calories I packed away. I know I will have a gain when next I weigh in and I doubt % body fat will be going down. Even now I am a bit hungry. Perhaps an extra protein shake to help feel more full. But wow! The amount of food I ate this week; yesterday 2 chicken breasts stuffed with cheese tomatoes and pesto sauce. I have find my normal appetite again.

Mermee, I took a chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper (or what ever think is enough), and sliced it almost in half, making something like a pocket. I put some sun dried tomato, mozzarella and pesto sauce inside. Toothpicks helped to keep it together. Cooked it over the stove top in olive oil till chicken was done, time depends on how big the chicken breasts are. As an alternative you can pan sear for 2-5 min a side then cook in oven, 400 degrees for 25-30 min. On the second batch I did I used garlic salt, enjoyed that more. Yeah I need to get back into that routine. I’m sure I do my appetite will return to normal. I’m sure the cooler weather is also playing into it. Perhaps subconsciously I am prepping for Thanksgiving 🫤 How is the fall weather over there? I’m sure all the leaves have turned colors and fallen off the trees. Twinkies getting all bundled up for school now too? And make sure you keep yourself warm and healthy!!

I would recommend oatmeal instead of cereal and skipp the prepared fast food chicken sandwich. Too much salt. Have a home cooked chicken breast. Also eat canned tuna and chickpeas. That is a lot of protein but very little fat. Not sure if you eat sweet potato but it helps for hunger. Good luck
