Late entry: With the exception of pie and crackers I have done well although cheating is getting to easy. I really have to buckle down and get back to normal eating. I love the lifestyle change so far (minus the cheating)and I want to keep it up, I feel great!!! Done a lot of busy work today running here and there I should be out cold but can not sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and if I am to accomplish the challenge I am on I must get back on track and soon.
