finally getting into the gym! I take my little girl with me and wear her on my front while I do my modified exercises. feeling great and happy to be moving!
starting to get short walks in with my kids each day too, just needing to keep adding small good things that work for us over time. I am planning on trying to get the baby weight off once my daughter is 6 months old, anything lost before then just helps me with that goal. 25lbs left, but still focusing specifically on making more than enough breast milk.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
