28. One back down to 219, but not all the way where I was...I was very tired yesterday, as I slept poorly and not enough, with the time change. My family stayed up late in virtue of the old hour, because it does not feel "that late" and no one can sleep if people walk around the house. I am restored today. I slept well. Good mood. Sunny outside. Snow is melting. I cannot believe it is mid March already. Feb. total lost: 7 lb

Red, you are moving right along! It was just in January I was 230. It is happening. I know we all need patience and mindfulness, focus onto ourselves, we also need to function at work and with our house and family. Not easy. The rewards are great though....and on their way :-) The changes simply happen. I have been there. Wish I had stayed there :-)
Have a good night! Tomorrow is a new day. A
